RE Appraise – A portfolio review resulted in a major strategic rethink on 2 of our client’s shopping centres. The project was de risked by focussing on lettings and income generation rather than tying large parts of the site up for years with an uncertain outcome. We worked with the asset manager to engender a dynamic, income lead approach through his entire team of letting and managing agents and on site centre staff.
